Gladstone transformation project to benefit customers

Leading management systems provider Gladstone is undertaking a 'transformation project' for the benefit of its customers and its operations.
The first stage of the project is a new website which includes a web store allowing customers to buy consumable items quickly and efficiently, a forum allowing customers to communicate with each other, online registration for user groups and training sessions, and a growing range of customer support documentation and e-learning material.
In Australia, Gladstone have been celebrating a number of new installation contracts for both local government and private sector clients. Ver five years the team have installed Gladstone technology at over 250 locations including gyms, universities, council offices, aquatic and recreation centres and police citizen youth clubs.
Their Sydney-based team has recently been augmeneted by the arrival of Steven Balocco was recently appointed as Gladstone's National Sales & Marketing Manager. Steven joins Gladstone with numerous years experience in fitness and recreation as well as other software environments.
As he explains "it was a great opportunity to re establish the office in Sydney and I've certainly enjoyed the many challenges that have come with it. We are making great progress in the market and are confident we can grow significantly over the coming years especially with the exciting developments we have planned. "
Steven works closely with David Walker in Project Management and comments "David is the technical guru of the office and we haven't found a problem he can't solve...yet!"
Gladstone Australia's training team consists of Jeff Battung who, prior to joining the Gladstone team, was employed as an information technology/math teacher.
Meanwhile, Gladstone Australia's support team consist of Alissa Sazenis and Shakti Bhumbla.
With many years of experience working in clubs, Alissa joined the Gladstone team in early 2011 while Shakti joined the business in May 2011 and compliments Alissa's role in Technical Support. Shakti specialises in networks and his experience in this area is already being well received by many Gladstone customers who may have experience in this area.
