Go Health Improves Member Experience with Digital Signature Capture
Queensland based Go Health Clubs have introduced Digital Signature Capture for all new contracts to reduce paperwork, improve the completion rates of contracts and to gain a searchable electronic file record of all member agreements.
As Dan Ross, Go Health's Director of Sales & Marketing explains "with a fast growing business like ours we are trying to give our members a simple way for them to know that they can get a copy of their contract at anytime.
"In a multi-club environment like ours, we know that any member can go to any club and with proper identification and get a copy of their contract. We also have found that managing our sales process is much enhanced, because the contract is now completed with the signature every time, and this improves the process used by our membership consultants.
"The signatures are obtained in the same way that consumers are accustomed to when going to the supermarket and signing for their purchases, except in this case, the signature is digitally captured within the contract.
"We can give the member a copy, and store all contracts digitally which means we can share it within our administration and never lose a contract either."
The digital capture system is part of the IntelliFITNESS package purchased less than a year ago to replace older technology and after an extensive evaluation of what was available in the market.
Ross adds "Go Health needed a system where innovation was a core part of the solution, and intelliFITNESS has delivered in many different ways.
"We needed a lot of unique SMS and Email messages to be sent to our members and intelliFITNESS recognized those and enhanced the Inform Notification module that was part of the original purchase. It is certainly comforting to know they work with both us and our Payment Provider EziDebit to continuously enhance the offering."
Go Health is currently operating three full service clubs in South Queensland in Beenleigh, Browns Plains and Virginia with the goal of providing 'Fitness for Everyone'.
Led by Niki Deans, Go Health Clubs has future sites earmarked for west and inner Brisbane opening in late 2010 and is aiming to make the clubs accessible throughout all parts of metropolitan Brisbane in the near future.
