Gladstone Australia helps South Pacific add member value

South Pacific Health Club, one of Australia's premier private clubs, has opened a new club in the heart of Melbourne's central business district.
The all new facility features state of the art equipment, the latest in cardio machines, a group exercise studio which accommodates over 50 classes a week and a peaceful wellness studio. The new club also has the benefit of luxurious changing rooms.
Melbournians now have the option to join a fitness organisation which gives them access to this new city club in addition to the established St Kilda club in the Sea Bass complex. This reciprocal membership capability is provided by Gladstone's Plus2 system. Plus 2 also enables the South Pacific management to gain full centralised control over both facilities with flexible reporting features and direct debit production.
South Pacific City Club Manager Sean Cosgrove commented, "opening a new premier club is a stressful business, but knowing that system-wise we could just link it up to our Head Office St Kilda club was a huge relief and one which enabled us to just get on with setting up the new club."
