• The Care and Feeding Of Superheroes
Many people start a fitness business because they want to help people and have more personal freedom. But the only way to actually achieve that dream is by building a high calibre team. Great businesses are never sustained by a single person ordering around employees! So how do you find, develop, and retain great team members? In this session you’ll share in the lessons Mark learned from his successes (and missteps), which saw his business journey grow from being a 1-man band to a team of 30. You’ll learn the foundation for creating a remarkable service culture that will lead to more freedom, more impact, and more happiness.
Mark Fisher is an international speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur. He co-founded Business for Unicorns (BFU) in 2016, and has since worked with clients such as Sony Music, Sylvan Learning, and the ACLU, as well as many of the leading fitness studios across the US and UK. In addition to consulting and teaching through BFU, he is the co-founder of Mark Fisher Fitness (MFF), which has two physical locations in Manhattan and was recognised as #312 on the 2015 Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in America, as well as one of Men’s Health's 'Top 20 Gyms in America'.
• Marketing for Growth and Profitability
From this session attendees will take away an in-depth understanding of how to market more effectively, and the ins and outs of branding your business. You’ll uncover your unique market position, create text messages, email blasts, construct an eNewsletter, refine your website and social networking activities, and cost-effectively plan and promote events. You’ll also explore ways to achieve new levels of success using effective, strategic and inexpensive marketing, from an entrepreneur who started in a one-bedroom, third floor walk-up apartment and created a multi-million-dollar enterprise! Bring along your business cards, flyers and brochures, and you’ll leave with loads of free advice and resources.

Her company touches more than 10,000 fitness professionals face-to-face, reaches another 100,000 in virtual connections and engages with more than 200,000 social media connections.
• Three Secrets Of Influence
Your success in life and work is a direct result of your ability to positively influence others. Influence is arguably the single most important ability you possess; this is because the definition of influence is “the ability to positively affect the character, development and behaviour of someone or something.” A true professional understands that influence is not something you exert over people but instead, it’s employed on behalf of them. In this session you’ll learn to alter your self-communication patterns to become influential in about any situation at work; physiologically change your emotional state and thought patterns; create trust and responsiveness - almost instantly; use your belief systems to facilitate the results you desire; and identify why people do what they do and select the correct motivational strategy to help them produce the outcome they desire.
Bobby Cappuccio has spent the last two decades pushing for both an industry and individual shift in perspective, from a solely outward-focused goal-oriented approach to health and fitness, to a more holistic approach that is centred on behaviour change.
