Entries open for 2013 Australian Health & Fitness Industry Quality Awards
Fitness Australia has launched its 2013 industry awards, mailing entry guidelines and criteria to eligible facilities.
The Awards are presented annually to recognise, promote and celebrate industry excellence.
They have a rich history of recognising achievement and success within the fitness industry, with previous award recipients being able to celebrate and promote their success with their customers, team and industry peers.
Fitness Australia highlights that taking part in the Quality Awards process will help applicants to:
Identify business strengths and opportunities for improvements;
Align resources with strategy;
Improve communications, productivity and effectiveness; and
Achieve strategic goals.
All Fitness Australia's registered fitness businesses are eligible to apply for an Award which will be granted at three levels based on assessment against the Quality Awards criteria:
Prize for Excellence the fitness business has achieved demonstrable outcomes, based
on quality service and has excelled in a number of criteria.
Gold Level the fitness business is achieving at a high standard throughout the quality
cycle in all criteria, showing high levels of improvement culture and outcomes.
Silver Level the fitness business is able to demonstrate well planned intent and sound implementation against all criteria and evidence of improvement against several criteria.
Bronze Level the fitness business is able to demonstrate intent and implementation against all criteria, and some levels of improvement.
Entries must be made before Monday 15th July.
