Enta Ticketing Solutions partners with Penrith Performing & Visual Arts

Enta Ticketing Solutions has signed up Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (PP&VA) to use its world leading ticketing, marketing and CRM solution.

Established in 2007, PP&VA is an internationally unique (and ambitious) amalgam of the visual arts, performing arts and arts education, producing and presenting dynamic cultural and arts education programs for the people of Penrith, western Sydney and beyond.

It comprises:

• Penrith Regional Gallery & The Lewers Bequest - One of Australia's most beautiful regional galleries presenting world class exhibitions;
• The Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre - A superb venue presenting the best in music, theatre and dance;
• Q Theatre Company - Presenting and producing great Australian theatre;
• Penrith Conservatorium of Music - Providing music education for everyone.

PP&VA will use the enta Ticketing and CRM solution to manage their extensive program of workshops and conservatorium tutorial sessions and the gallery exhibitions, as well as memberships, annual subscriptions and event ticketing for the Joan and will provide substantial marketing and CRM capabilities for all venues.

Welcoming PP&VA's choice, Enta Australasia Managing Director John Godwin stated "enta is continuing to win new customers with its extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we're thrilled to partner with PP&VA.

"They are among the growing number of Australian customers who are choosing enta over their current systems for a number of reasons, including its extensive ticketing, CRM, online sale and reporting capabilities.

PP&VA Chief Executive Hania Radvan added "we have a diverse and sophisticated business crossing visual and performing arts, education workshops and performances, communication and philanthropy; enta presented us with a solution that could cater for all the needs of our business. The robustness of this system is its key it will bring the business together in a way that simply wasn't possible before on our previous systems."
