Enta partners with Rooty Hill RSL

Enta Ticketing Solutions has signed up Rooty Hill RSL to use its world leading ticketing, marketing and CRM solution.

Rooty Hill RSL and the new Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatics Centre (SGAC) are working with Enta Australasia to provide ticketing services and link the access control and membership systems to the Enta Ticketing and CRM solution to provide a streamlined experience for their customers.

Over forty years ago Rooty Hill RSL Club started operating as a fully licensed club in modest premises located in Rooty Hill Road North.

Since opening its door in February 1964 with a membership of 127, the small social club of the early 1960s is now the largest RSL Club in Australia, with 52,000 members. And, from a club whose site consisted of two suburban building blocks, the RSL Club & Resort now covers an area of about nine hectares.

The SGAC building houses a 4,000 metre2 Olympic-grade gymnastics facility, two 25 metre swimming pools, a sports medicine and rehabilitation centre and will also be the new home of Gymnastics New South Wales.

The Enta Ticketing and CRM Solution enables venues to manage event ticketing, customer data management, season tickets, membership and marketing. Due to its open API structure, Enta also is enabling Rooty Hill RSL to link its current systems together. From the membership & gaming database to the SCAC access control, all systems will be linked so customer information is held collectively within the Enta Ticketing and CRM solution. And of course, Rooty Hill RSL will be able to efficiently sell tickets for all events at their range of venues through multiple sales channels.

Announcing its news client, Enta Australasia Managing Director John Godwin stated "Enta is continuing to win new customers with its extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we're thrilled to partner with Rooty Hill RSL."

A statement from the management of Rooty Hill RSL added "Enta's ability to integrate with existing software solutions and BI tools combined with their QOS made them an easy choice for the RHR Group's ticketing solution."

Enta also provides the ticketing software solution for the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and its Qtix ticketing service. Qtix is the largest Queensland-based ticketing service in the state providing information and selling tickets for entertainment and arts events at QPAC and other venues, festivals, events and organisations throughout Australia and Asia.

In the past year, Enta has also signed up Penrith Performing and Visual Arts, Gladstone Entertainment Centre and Sydney Festival to add to its existing range of clients.

Currently, Enta is responsible for selling tens of millions of tickets annually in over 500 entertainment organisations across 24 countries.
