Enta Australasia partners with Artifax Event

Enta Australasia has announced a partnership with venue and event management software specialists Artifax Event to provide venues with an integrated management solution that also meets ticketing and CRM requirements.

In use by over 700 organisations worldwide, Artifax Event is a comprehensive venue and event management system that includes bookings calendars, contracts, resource management, finances and reporting.

Artifax Event is entirely browser-based, and is optimised for mobile devices.

Integration between Artifax Event and enta is based on standard data feeds and allows the transfer of event information from Artifax Event to the enta Ticketing and CRM Solution, saving on double handling and operator error. In addition, sales data can be transferred from enta to Artifax Event to allow seamless reporting and settlement for events.

enta provides complete online marketing and ticket management, an interface with social media, access to memberships, packages, merchandise and so much more - all the tools you need to run your ticketing operation: in the box office; online; using POS and Kiosk solutions; events in the field and even on the street.

enta is the ticketing software solution for the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and its Qtix ticketing service.

Qtix is the largest Queensland-based ticketing service in the State providing information and selling tickets for entertainment and arts events at QPAC and other venues, festivals, events and organisations throughout Australia and Asia.

In the past year, enta has also been chosen as the Ticketing and CRM Solution for the Capital Venues & Events, Bendigo who will be using Artifax integration and Sutherland Entertainment Centre among a number of other venues and organisations.

Currently, enta is responsible for selling tens of millions of tickets annually in over 500 entertainment organisations across 24 countries.
