Enta Appoints Business Development Manager
Enta Ticketing Solutions has appointed Jo Michel to the position of Business Development Manager in Australia.
Michel has over 20 years' experience in the ticketing industry in Australia and the UK and brings a wealth of knowledge of ticketing, customer relationship management, subscriptions, fundraising, e-marketing and content management systems as they apply to performing arts venues, festivals, agencies and theatre companies.
Michel's industry experience includes Sydney Theatre Company, Edinburgh International Festival (Hub Tickets), Gilded Balloon at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Ensemble Theatre, SOCOG Sydney 2000 Olympic Arts Festival, Opera Australia, Sydney Film Festival and The Adelaide Fringe.
In addition she has experience with software, sales, client liaison, business development, system planning and change management as well as an in-depth understanding of many ticketing systems, including Enta, AudienceView, Patron Edge (Blackbaud), Softix, Ticketmaster, Tickets.com and some bespoke systems such as FringeTix (Adelaide Fringe).
Enta Australasia Managing Director John Godwin welcomed the appointment, stating "Enta is continuing to win new customers with our extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we're delighted that Jo is bringing her experience to the benefit of our customers in Australia.

Enta has recently signed deals with the annual Sydney Festival, Western Sydney's Riverside Theatres, Cairns Civic Theatre and its Ticketlink ticketing agency and Perth-based Show Ticketing and Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and its ticketing service, QTIX.
