Elena Gosse wins multiple international Women in Business awards

Elena Gosse, Chief Executive of Australian Innovative Systems has won four international Awards for Women in Business.

Grose was presented with a Gold ‘Stevie’ Award for Most Innovative Company of the Year (more than 10 Employees) at an award ceremony in New York on 14th November, and followed this with three Silver Stevies for: Woman of the Year - Industry; Female Entrepreneur of the Year in Asia, Australia or New Zealand; and Lifetime Achievement - Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business form one of the world’s top honours for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organisations they run.

This year the awards received more than 1,200 nominations from 22 nations and territories, with more than 160 executives worldwide participating in the judging process.

Grose’s receipt of the Awards comes after a period of intense business activity for her water disinfection and chlorinator manufacturing company, with Australian Innovative Systems (AISystems) looking to launch two new products to the national and international market in the next six months.

The company’s extensive range of chlorinators employs sophisticated AISystems technology combined with the process of electrolysis to disinfect water inline (or offline) and onsite for residential and commercial applications.

Reflecting on her success, Grose explained “having our people and products acknowledged internationally with awards such as the Stevies proves that our innovative, Australian designed and manufactured technology is recognised as world class.

“Of course any accolade that is bestowed upon our company is really due to the outstanding efforts of our staff who continue to strive for new levels of excellence in water disinfection technology.”

Commenting on the calibre of Stevie Women in Business Award entrants this year, Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards added “in the 11 years of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, we have never had as many impressive women entrepreneurs, organizations, and executives nominated as we did in 2014.

“Their stories of success and innovation will be an inspiration to women around the globe who dream of starting and growing a business and making a difference.”
