Dreamworld announces return of Happy Halloween events

Dreamworld has announced its family oriented Happy Halloween nights will return this month, with fright themed family entertainment and activities this year.

Starting from tomorrow (14th October), Dreamworld will offer its Halloween events across four nights with free and paid entertainment, drinks and food inspired by the annual tradition.

This year, the new Kids Haunted Inflatable Maze takes centre stage for the event while one of the Gold Coast theme park’s family-favourites will be themed as Dreamworld’s Vintage Scares Adventure with the 1920s vintage Ford replicas rethemed for Halloween.

Guests can participate in Dreamworld’s Trick or Treat adventure this year, which is free with every child’s ticket, and journey across the park, solving riddles and swapping tokens for delicious treats as well as enjoying tasty Halloween-inspired food and beverage options at participating food outlets all night long.

Guests of all ages are also encouraged to enter Belinda’s Boo-tiful costume contest while in park and go into the draw to win up to $1000 in epic prizes.

Excited to bring Happy Halloween back this year for families of all ages to enjoy, Dreamworld Attractions Operation Manager, Deborah Bowles commented “we’re all about creating new memories for every guest and our Happy Halloween event is the centre of family fun for the spooky season.

“This year we’ve really pulled out all the stops to ensure there’s something for everyone, including opening all our rides after dark and opening more of our wildlife sector to make the guest experience even more valuable.

“From free trick-or-treating to fun haunted mansions, we hope all guests can experience the very best family fun the Gold Coast has to offer this Halloween, all in one place at Dreamworld.”

Happy Halloween will be held on 14th, 21st, 27th and 28th October from 5:30pm to 9pm.

All paid experiences, including the VIP Pumpkin Pass add-on must be purchased separately.
