Craig and Paul Lovett receive 2014 International Executive in Sport and Entertainment Industry Award
Incognitus Partners/Principals and brothers, Craig and Paul Lovett have been awarded the 2014 International Executive in Sport and Entertainment Industry Award at the Sport Entertainment & Venues Tomorrow (SEVT) Conference in Colombia, South Carolina, USA.
The International Executive in Sport and Entertainment Award recognises individuals who have greatly impacted the fields of sport, entertainment or venue management. This recipient's passion for the industry and business acumen has forged partnerships and transcended borders, contributing to advancements recognized both nationally and internationally.
Following the announcement, Craig Lovett stated "both Paul and I are humbled to receive this fantastic recognition for our continual contribution to the success and growth in the fields of entertainment and venue management”.
A spokeperson for the University of South Carolina’s Department of Sport & Entertainment Management added “no one is more deserving of this award than the Lovett brothers, and we are thrilled at the opportunity to recognise you for all that you have done for this industry over the years.
“You are certainly very important to us here at the University of South Carolina”.
In its 18th year running, the SEVT conference event sees the coming together of more than 350 current and future sport and entertainment industry leaders, students and teachers, to discuss and analyse the sport, entertainment and venues industry of tomorrow.
The University of South Carolina is a leader in the business of sport and entertainment, having been the first major University to create a separate department for the study of sport and entertainment in a business curriculum.
