Core Health and Fitness - a vertically integrated global manufacturer and distributor of fitness equipment, has acquired select assets from Aktiv Solutions and Gym Rax.

The acquisition advances its strategic growth and expands its ability to deliver complete, integrated training ecosystems across key vertical markets, including hospitality, corporate wellness, and multi-family housing.

The addition of these assets enhances Core’s capabilities in functional design, small-space optimisation, and digital training integration for immersive, space-conscious solutions.
