Contract wins for Belgravia Leisure

Belgravia Leisure has enjoyed a successful period of business growth with a series of contract wins and re-appointments.

The company has been appointed to manage the new Devonport Aquatic Leisure Centre, Tasmania and the Moss Vale Aquatic Centre, NSW and has also been re-appointed under a new contract to manage the Annette Kellerman and Fanny Durack Aquatic Centres on behalf of Marrickville Council in Sydney.

These announcements come on the back of recently taking over the management of Lake Mountain Alpine Resort and the opening of the WaterMarc Leisure Centre on behalf of the City of Banyule (both in Victoria), with local and state government authorities endorsing Belgravia Leisure as the aquatic, recreation and sport industry management agency of choice.

Belgravia Leisure Chief Executive Adrian Johnston explains that "the continued success of Belgravia Leisure is as a result of our reputation for building strong relationships with our clients and our communities.

"We have a strong culture of relationship building and demonstrate a genuine commitment to engaging with our communities, delivering programs and services which result in healthier communities."

Speaking about the Moss Vale Aquatic Centre contract, Wingecarribee Shire Council General Manager Jason Gordon stated that "Council looks forward to working with Belgravia Leisure in managing a first-class swimming and exercise facility that will offer the Shire's citizens access to year round fitness."

Devonport Mayor Steve Martin adds "Devonport City Council is excited to be entering a partnership with Belgravia Leisure, a nationwide organisation that is extremely well regarded in the Aquatic and Leisure industry.

"Belgravia Leisure is at the forefront of leisure, aquatic, fitness and golf management throughout Australia. They currently manage over 80 venues across Australia, and have knowledge, vast experience and expertise in the operation of aquatic centres nationally."

Belgravia Leisure have been able to effectively balance the need for sustainable business, resulting in the best financial result for Councils, while delivering an extensive range of programs and services to their communities.

The recent appointments are testament of Belgravia Leisure's effective community engagement strategy and proven track record of providing safe and enjoyable leisure experiences to communities throughout Australia.
