CERM PI launches new online platform to measure facility performance
The CERM Performance Indicators project (CERM PI®) at the University of South Australia will commence 2018 with a new online platform to capture data from their customer service quality and operational management surveys.
Aimed at providing a seamless and customised experience for their clients, the easy to use platform will allow flexibility to benchmark the data contributor’s facility against similar centres, while a unique login will give exclusive access to your detailed individualised reports with the ability to tailor results to suit management requirements.
A statement from CERM PI advises “in such a competitive business environment, no business, either owned by the government or privately operated, can afford not to measure their customer satisfaction.
“It is considered one of the leading indicators of customer loyalty, helping identify areas for improvement to retain existing customers while attracting new ones.”
Adam Luscombe, General Manager of the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre provides his testimonial about CERM PI customer service quality research and operational management indicators in the sport and leisure, tourism and hospitality industries.
CERM PI Customer Service Quality Survey gathers feedback from users about their experiences at the facility and perceptions of service quality in a range of areas such as: staff responsiveness, facility cleanliness, value for money, overall satisfaction and loyalty. It is an essential tool for facility managers, providing them with relevant data to improve their operations, become more efficient and more competitive.
