Australian benchmarking survey for public aquatic, recreation and sport centres
The CERM Performance Indicators annual invitation to participate in the Australian Benchmarking Survey for aquatic, recreation and sport centres has been distributed to the industry, giving those who want to compare their centre's operational performance against national industry benchmarks the ability to do so.
All data received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, will be non-identifiable, and will be managed according to established University protocols. Participants in the survey will be the only recipients of their centre's results.
Last year (2011/12) a record number of centres (151) provided data for the project.
CERM PI is a research project in the Centre for Tourism & Leisure Management, School of Management, at the University of South Australia.
