CAS masters Good Health

The Confederation of Australian Sport (CAS) and the Federal Department of Health and Ageing have launched a new health and fitness program called 'Good Health. Master it!' on ABC Local Radio.
The program aims to provide advice on health and fitness in order to achieve long term health benefits, inviting people to complete an online survey on their current health, fitness and well being.
In turn all those that complete the survey are offered a health and fitness program developed by former World Aerobic Champion, Olympic Gymnast and Olympic Water Skier Sue Stanley.
In addition, a selected group of survey respondents will be eligible to receive free entry fees to the 12th Australian Masters Games, which are being held in Geelong from 20th February to 1st March 2009.
