Business of Sports Summit returns for 2015
The 2015 Business of Sport Summit (BOSS) will return in March 2015 featuring international keynotes from some of the world’s most powerful and innovative sports executives.
Bringing the energy of the NFL to the Summit, the event will be headlined by Paraag Maraathe, President of the San Francisco 49ers.
As the leader of one of the most innovative sports teams in the world he will be discuss how to plan for growth in a changing sports industry.
The event will also feature an exclusive on-stage interview with the man at the centre of world cricket, David Richardson, Chief Executive of the International Cricket Council. This interview will be particularly timely as this event will coincide with the 2015 Cricket World Cup.
Described by Forbes as ‘The Most Powerful Woman in Sports’, Stacey Allister, Chairman and Chief Executive of the WTA Tour, has overseen the extraordinary expansion of women’s tennis across the world, will also be speaking exclusively.
Other speakers include the Executive Vice President & Managing Director of ESPN International, Russell Wolf, who will discuss the changing patterns of sports broadcasting; Swee Sin Wu, the Vice President & General Manager of WWE Asia-Pacific, who will speak on innovation in fan engagement; Billie Whitehouse, co-founder of Wearable Experiments will present on her award-winning work on integrating wearable innovation and technology in sport and Steven Tew, Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Rugby Union.
They will join 40 influential speakers for the largest and most significant meeting of the sports industry in the region.
BOSS 2015 is being held on 25th and 26th March 2015 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney.
