Australian Swim Schools Association releases Cairns conference program

The Australian Swim Schools Association (ASSA) has announced the program for its 2019 national Conference, to be held in Cairns from the 28th July to 1st August.

Following the success of the inaugural Australian Swim Schools Association Conference in August 2016 and the International Swim Schools Spectacular on the Gold Coast in 2018, the annual event has the theme ‘The Gateway to Re-education, Re-engagement, Rivitalisation and the Reef’.

The annual conference features six leading overseas presenters, including Bob Hubbard of Hubbard Family Swim Schools in the USA, along with presentations on workplace culture, customer experience and crisis management for experienced and up-and-coming national leaders in the Industry.

The Conference will also include a dedicated small swim schools stream, masterclasses on marketing to mums and child protection along with the announcement of the Coutts Family Scholarship Year two Recipients.

The main conference will be held from 29th to 31st July, preceeded by a Swim Schools Tour will run on Sunday 28th July and with Specialist Seminars on Thursday 1st August.
