Australian National Maritime Museum unveils new event spaces
The Australian National Maritime Museum in Sydney’s Darling Harbour precinct has opened its new waterfront venue, the Endeavour Pavilion.
Named after Captain Cook’s vessel and its on-site replica, the HMB Endeavour, the Endeavour Pavilion offers all-inclusive event packages including venue hire, catering and furniture.
The Pavilion can be booked to suit a variety of events including cocktail parties, weddings, product launches, corporate functions and award ceremonies, large sit-down lunches or dinners.
In addition to its prime waterfront location overlooking the stunning harbour, the Endeavour Pavilion also offers all-inclusive event packages, with everything from venue hire to catering and furniture looked after on site.
A bespoke marquee from White Umbrella, the Endeavour Pavilion can be arranged to suit any event from cocktail parties, weddings, Christmas parties, product launches, corporate functions and award ceremonies, to large sit-down lunches or dinners.
With four furniture ranges to choose from, the space can be tailored to suit the theme of any function, from modern and edgy, to classic and refined. Clients can specify their furniture selection and how they would like the space to be configured, while the Pavilion is fully equipped with lighting and sound.
Able to accommodate up to 200 guests seated or 350 cocktail, the Endeavour Pavilion is available for hire and now, with the space already attracting a great deal of interest and bookings over the recent festive period.
Introducing the venue, Matt Lee, the Museum’s Assistant Director of Commercial and Visitor Services, explained “we are already receiving bookings for Christmas functions, which is very encouraging.
“We are confident that event organisers and their guests will embrace the opportunity to share experiences including the magical VIVID Sydney in our prestigious new waterfront venue, the Endeavour Pavilion.”
