Australian Fitness & Health Expo returns in 2013
The 2013 Australian Fitness & Health Expo is set to reveal the latest trends in fitness, following on from 2012 where the latest trends included Aqua Zumba, Tough Mudder, a return to functional training, the rise of the 24 hour gym, the arrival of Jungle Body, Bokwa, exercise bikes with internet, 'green' gym equipment and CrossFit becoming main stream.
With the 2012 Expo having been the biggest on record, with four massive halls full of fitness innovations, sporting celebrities, physical competitions and fitness advice, organisers expect 2013 to be even bigger.
To be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st April, the 2013 Australian Fitness & Health Expo will feature the absolute latest in gym equipment and fitness accessories plus opportunities to take part in fitness challenges with attendees having the the opportunity to squeeze in an early morning workout onsite this year.
The Expo is open only to those in the fitness/health trade on Friday 19th April, with general and trade admission on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st April.
Trade visitors can pre-register online for free entry and industry identification must be presented on arrival.
General visitors can also pre-book online to receive a discounted ticket.
