ASADA Chief Executive Aurora Andruska to quit as doping probe continues
Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) Chief Executive Aurora Andruska is to quit her role, deciding not to seek another term in office when her current contract expires in May.
Amid ongoing concerns over ASADA's handling of high-profile investigations into alleged doping by AFL and NRL club, Andruska has decided that she will retire from the public service.
Announcing Andruska's departure, Federal Sports Minister Peter Dutton spoke of Andruska's unwavering commitment "to deliver the Australian Government's commitment to integrity in sport."
