Aqua Fit Survey launched by Corowa Aquatic Centre

Federation Council has advised the Corowa Aquatic Centre team are undertaking a survey to obtain feedback in relation to their Aqua Fit program.

The Aqua Fit Program is a highly valued program that sees two different classes delivered across various days of the week - Aqua Movers and Aqua Workout.

Aqua Movers is suitable for beginners, a lower intensity aqua class in our indoor heated pool. Perfect for those with musklo-skeletal conditions.

Aqua Workout is class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.  Weights may be incorporated into the workout. Aqua Workoutis undertaken in the Centre’s indoor heated program pool.

Federation Council Pools Duty Officer Jo Laws said the CAC Management team was pleased to launch the survey to obtain valuable feedback about the program.

Laws advised “our Aqua Movers and Aqua Workout classes are so popular with members of our community of all ages.

“This survey will provide valuable feedback that our team can use to understand what our participants love about our two classes and also improve the program that we deliver.

“We are incredibly proud of the program and look forward to continuing to offer our tailored classes that meets the expectations of our amazing participants.”

The survey can be completed online or by collecting a paper copy from the Corowa Aquatic Centre.
