Anniversary milestone achievement for Crunch Fitness clubs

Crunch Fitness is celebrating the birthdays of two of its 15 gyms, at Mortdale and Caringbah in Sydney, during the month of May.

With its ‘No Judgments’ - come as you are philosophy, Crunch Fitness co-owner Selena Sort explains that the group’s positive, inclusive and fun philosophy is the key to its success.

Short explains “our members love the vastness and value for money they get. Our massive clubs give them everything under one roof, from tonnes of equipment to loads of heart-pumping world famous classes and Rest and Recovery zones – we absolutely spoil them.”

This month, Crunch Fitness will celebrate the fifth birthday of the Mortdale Crunch Fitness gym. Since opening in 2014, it has established itself strongly within the local community with over 7,500 visits per week from its members.

Offering over 1,900 metre² of floor space, it houses a large group fitness studio, artificial turf training areas both indoors and outdoors, rows of cardio equipment and a huge variety of free-weights and strength conditioning equipment.

Mortdale Crunch Fitness also embraces a large group fitness community with over 1,500 members per week participating in over 60 global industry-leading classes, with the most popular spanning across Cardio Tai Box, Ultimate Conditioning, Pound and #JustDance, while Zumba is still a number one favourite.

May also sees the fourth anniversary of Crunch Fitness in the southern Sydney suburb of Caringbah.

Making its mark since opening four years ago, the gym receives over 4,500 visits per week from its members and is one of the most visited gyms in the Sutherland Shire.

With over 2,000 metres² of space, this facility has an added advantage with a KidsBox child minding facility - a valued benefit for the clubs’ parents. There are also rows of cardio equipment; tonnes of weights and strength conditioning equipment, an artificial turf HIIT style training area and a large group fitness studio.

Crunch Fitness Caringbah offers over 50 classes per week, which include local favourites such as Fat-burning Pilates, Shire Perspire (exclusive to this club only), 360Warrior, POUND, Zumba and Total Body Sculpt.

Both facilities are offering a range birthday offers to existing and potential members.
