ZADI Training, the first female fitness franchise that offers female-specific strength/HIIT workout programs endorsed by exercise science, has announced that it has secured 10 new studios across Sydney in addition to its three locations in the NSW capital - in Surry Hills, Neutral Bay and the soon-to-open Breakfast Point.

Having attracted what founder Adala Bolto says is “a cult like following” known for getting results in a “bespoke edgy nightclub atmosphere” that she says is “‘bad ass’”, the franchise advises that a “high volume of new applications (are) being submitted every week.

Bolto adds that with “revolutionary tools that measure progress and results (and deliver) a unique member experience, ZADI’s expansion plans as the next biggest fitness franchise in underway … (with) Melbourne and Brisbane next in line.

“The unique member experience and reputation as an unparalleled new movement in women’s only fitness, is what makes ZADI Training the new benchmark when it comes to boutique high-service fitness studios.”
