Vision Personal Training appoints new Personal Training Operations Manager

Fast growing fitness studio franchise Vision Personal Training has announced the appointment of respected industry professional Gavin Aquilina as its new Personal Training Operations Manager.

Aquilina joins Vision with immediate priorities to further strengthen the group’s personal training operations include nurturing the connectedness between Vision HQ, studio owners, personal trainers and Vision clients, as well as creating an internal curriculum for personal trainers, to set them up for a flourishing career.

Welcoming his new role, Aquilina states “I’m extremely proud to be joining one of the industry’s most well-respected organisations. I’m looking forward to mentoring our team of personal trainers, as well as utilising my experience to consolidate, enhance and champion change where needed.

“My passion is in educating personal trainers about fitness and nutrition, and I can’t wait to start creating and delivering an engaging and content-rich curriculum that will become the gold standard for the industry.”

With a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science combined with 28 years industry experience, Aquilina has remained at the forefront of the educational arm of the fitness industry. Well-known in the industry, Aquilina is a Board Member of Fitness Australia's Standards Council and a sort after presenter at the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) and the FILEX Convention.
