Ungerboeck Software strengthens Asia-Pacific operations
Ungerboeck Software is to manage its Australasian and Asian operations under a single regional umbrella called Ungerboeck Asia-Pacific.
The new entity will be headed by Fred Lazzerini (pictured), recently appointed to the newly created role of Managing Director, Asia-Pacific.
Lazzerini, Chris Porter (General Manager, Australasia & India) and David Sun (General Manager, Asia) will work to leverage regional economies of scale in order to further increase customer satisfaction and to accelerate the company's growth in the region. Ungerboeck Asia-Pacific will implement new account management and services structures in the region, based on the processes and structures that currently exist in Ungerboeck's U.S. & EMEA offices, which will result in even higher levels of customer service.
Ungerboeck President Krister Ungerboeck explains "this addition of senior leadership demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the Asia-Pacific region.
"Further, bringing our two offices together will enable our current and future customers in Asia-Pacific to benefit from our Australian and Asian teams' 75 years of combined experience in Ungerboeck Software."
Lazzerini has been with Ungerboeck for nearly eight years, first as General Manager in Australia and then as a Services Manager in Europe. Prior to joining Ungerboeck, he was employed by the IT
Department of GL Events, a large international organisation specializing in events and venue management.
