Ungerboeck Promotes Key Team Members
Ungerboeck Systems International (USI) has promoted two of its key team members.
Shannon Heaney has been appointed Director of Marketing and Dale Overton is now Director of Professional Services.
The changes are part of USI expanding its managerial team in the last few months in order to support its continued growth and the release of a new software version
As Director of Professional Services, Overton will lead the Implementation Services, Technical Services and Client Services Coordination teams. The Professional Services team deals with such projects as client training, data conversions and client requests. Overton began his career at USI as a Quality Engineer. He gained experience in the Marketing and Client Services departments and became team leader for the Technical Services team. He has an MBA from Maryville University, and a BA in Business Administration from St. Louis University.
In the newly created position of Director of Marketing, Heaney will be responsible for lead generation and the production of marketing collateral to support key initiatives. She has served as Quality Engineer, Lead Consultant, Financial Specialist and most recently as Director of Professional Services. Heaney has an MBA from the John Cook School of Business at St. Louis University and a BA in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame.
Both employees have been with the company since 2001.
