Tourism and Transport Forum advise of key event dates for first half of 2024

Tourism & Transport Forum (TTF) Australia has unveiled three major events that it will be hosting in the first half of 2024.

Each of the events offers the chance to connect with industry colleagues across tourism, transport and aviation, as well as political leaders and policymakers, and hear insightful debates on the key challenges influencing our sectors.

Register your interest here to keep updated on the following exclusive events:

  • Leadership NSW - Friday 22nd March 2024 at ICC Sydney

  • Green Revolution Summit - Thursday 16th May 2024 at ICC Sydney

  • Outlook Tourism Conference - Wednesday 12th June 2024 at Crown Sydney

TTF has also welcomed the announcement from the Queensland Government to help entice visitors to Cairns, as part of a $5 million recovery package, jointly funded by the Federal Government.

TTF Chief Executive, Margy Osmond commented “this is exactly what tourism operators in Far North Queensland need, after a devastating Christmas and New Year period, with close to $300 million in bookings cancelled since early December.”

Osmond urged Australians to show their support for the local community and book a discounted Qantas or Jetstar flight now available to Cairns from around Australia, starting at just $79.

Osmond also welcomed the discounted accommodation packages, which will be available in coming weeks.
