Tick of Approval for FitVibe

FitVibe's whole body vibration training course has been accredited by Fitness Australia, the national fitness industry association, the first such training course to receive accreditation (for seven CECS).

Recently registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as a medical device, Fitvibe is a vibration platform presented by Exercise Australia that is scientifically proven to deliver outstanding wellness results.

Through enhanced circulation and oxygenation of the blood together with the release of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and Serotonin (known as 'the happy hormone'), training with Fitvibe supports overall skin health by improving appearance and texture, plus a reduction in the appearance of cellulite and the support of all-important collagen production.

Exercise Australia Managing Director, Tim Woodman, welcomed FitVibe's accreditation, describing it as good news for the consumer in a market flooded with cheap imitations, stating "we have worked hard to ensure that the vibration technology we offer to Australians delivers on its promise. FitVibe has gone through a rigorous nine month accreditation process which means that consumers can be confident that our vibration training course is safe and effective."

FitVibe is currently available at 25 sites around Australia, through a joint venture between Exercise Australia and FitStation - a chain of integrated fitness and wellness studios with dedicated exercise specialists who assess all aspects of fitness.

Well known exercise physiologist Ben Nowlan, the Managing Director of FitStation adds that "Fitvibe is the only vibration platform in the world with a built-in personal coach. An on-screen pictorial display allows the user to train with ease and without supervision. There are over 330 different training programs to follow or one can design one's own."

Fitvibe's vibration training technology supports the strengthening of muscles, increasing lean body mass leading to improved fat burning, enhanced lymph drainage, and improved circulation and blood flow, assisting one to maintain or adopt a healthy lifestyle.
