Rigorously tested for performance over two decades and backed by independent scientific research studies, Whole Body Vibration Technology (WBVT) can deliver a myriad of benefits including improved muscle strength; increased flexibility; increased bone mineral density; body and skin toning; enhanced fat burning for weight loss; improved lymph drainage and reduction in appearance of cellulite; improvement in hormonal balances, release of HGH and Serotonin with improvement in overall wellbeing; and reduction in levels of cortisol with increased feeling of relaxation and overall balance in the nervous system.

WBVT works by the user holding various prescribed poses, while the vertically vibrating platform stimulates circulation and involuntary muscle contractions resulting in training at least 95% of the engaged muscle. This in turn delivers a host of benefits in the surrounding tissues and fibres.
The Fitvibe Excel Pro also features also features a built-in âpersonal coachâ, the optional EasyTrain Software and Smart Time Card System which allows users to develop a personally customised program, displayed on the platformâs digital screen to help guide the user through their WBVT session.
