Thanyapura Integrative Health Centre to be revealed as a key player in anti-ageing
Phuket-based Thanyapura is to unveil its Thanyapura Integrative Health Centre (TIHC) as a key player in preventive, regenerative and anti-aging medicine at Lifetime A4M, the 5th American Academy in Anti Aging and Aesthetic Medicine conference in Bangkok this Friday 6th September.
A crucial element to Thanyapura's active and healthy lifestyle development, TIHC has now finalised its team of health experts, including world class geneticists, doctors, sports scientists, dieticians, physiotherapists and chiropractors led by TIHC Director and Chief Scientific & Medical Officer, Professor. Dr. Michael Klentze, who has been invited to be a key speaker at Lifetime A4M.
Prof. Dr. Klentze's vast experience across a number of medical fields - including cardiology, oncology, immunology, sports medicine, nutritional medicine, stress intervention, as well as gynecology, psychiatry, endocrinology , anti-aging endocrinology and prevention of age-related illnesses, plus ethical stem cell research - means he is excellently positioned to take the reigns of TIHC during this exciting new chapter of Thanyapura's development.
Prof. Dr. Klentze explained "we offer guests a wide range of services tailored to the individual, including physiotherapy, de-stress programmes, age-defying routines and more as well as providing aftercare in the form of recommendations for improving mitochondrial diet, implementing exercise program changes and administering supplements for competitive athletes which adhere to the World Anti-Doping Agency guidelines."
TIHC's Preventive Medicine focuses on the needs of those who wish to slow the aging process and to maintain active performance over the years through a strong emphasis on measuring and improving metabolic and hormonal function. This is achieved through close collaboration with world-renowned laboratories and providers to ensure comprehensive health solutions that range from basic nutrition to revolutionary new procedures such as naturally activating the body's own stem cells to increase vitality and assist in injury recovery.
The TIHC team includes Kittichai Kaewsinsawat, a physiotherapist who specialises in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological diseases and musculoskeletal injuries, Jacques de Bras, a naturopathic consultant with over 35 years of experience in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, and Dr. Thomas Walton, a chiropractic physician whose treatments include the application of kinesiology, sacro-occipital techniques and 'Healing Touch' therapies.
In addition, TIHC has established collaboration with Prof. Augustinus Bader, one of the lead developers of a cell activation method known as BioReset and a specialist in experimental surgery. Prof. Bader is currently the Director and Professor for Applied Stem Cell Biology and Cell Technology at the University of Leipzig and a board member of the Klentze Medical Faculty which is a subsidiary of TIHC.
Prof. Dr. Klentze said that the Lifetime A4M conference will serve as the perfect platform to announce TIHC's comprehensive and integrative treatment services to the international medical community.
Prof. Dr. Klentze added "A4M is all about the world's leading health professionals converging in Bangkok to illustrate the latest advances in different medical strengths ranging from nutrition, genetic testing and sport, to hormone therapies and ethical stem cell treatments."
Lifetime A4M, The 5th American Academy in Anti Aging and Aesthetic Medicine will take place at the Bangkok Convention Centre in Central World on 6th to 8th September 2013.
Based on a unique three-dimensional coaching model for the mind, body and soul, Thanyapura was created with the single aim of helping others optimise their potential and live a more fulfilling life: through education, through mind management, through health and through sport.
