Kinesis Circuit
The original and most complete Kinesis configuration combining four different modules (alpha, beta, gamma and delta) to allow members to explore a new way of moving their body through a fun and effective workout. While moving between the four different modules, users will experience the ability to perform exercises and movements within a small group training session with the focus on a specific goal achievement.
Kinesis Class
The new solution for Kinesis classes made of four omega modules. Omega is the brand new Kinesis module combining alpha, beta and gamma movement possibilities and allowing a huge variety of exercises. With Kinesis Class every member can perform the same exercise at the same time creating a sense of team work and shared goal. The configuration allows one trainer to easily manage an entire class in a time efficient and goal focused session.
Kinesis One
The Kinesis innovation and technology is now available in a single stand alone station. Developed as a free standing unit with reduced footprint, Kinesis One provides a complete training solution for the gym floor. Kinesis One is ideal for personal trainers or as an easy to use option for members.
