Technogym agrees strategic partnership with JC Santana
Technogym has signed an agreement with Juan Carlos (JC) Santana, the world's leading professional in the fitness and athletic preparation sector and founder of the Institute of Human Performance (IHP). The agreement will see Santana and Technogym will collaborate on various projects, including the development of products and training programs, educational and marketing/ communications activities.
This collaboration with Santana, known as the "functional training guru", is testimony of Technogym's commitment to and interest in functional movement, one of the strongest growing trends currently taking hold of the market. Santana will work with the Technogym Research Centre ï¾ the largest in the sector employing 200 people including engineers, industrial designers, doctors and physiotherapists. Together, they will be developing new concepts for physical exercise and rehabilitation.
Santana will also be involved in the development of training programs and his educational and information activities will be integrated into the programs of the Wellness Institute, Technogym's educational training school which operates at international level in around 100 countries.
