Synergy Effect launches Northern Territory office
Synergy Effect is tipping the Northern Territory as a key destination for incentives, business events and conferences for 2023 and beyond, with anticipated demand seeing the Sydney-headquartered company launching a Northern Territory office.
Synergy Effect Directors Ruth Hirst and Michael Fleck aligned with Business Events Northern Territory to launch this new presence in Alice Springs.
With business events and incentives bouncing back with over 80% of domestic1 and international2 business decision makers already planning events – MICE industry expert, Ruth Hirst, from Synergy Effect notes “we are seeing a strong shift towards events and incentives that provide truly unique, personally enriching, meaningful experiences that promote culture, wellness, connection with nature, self and team.
“Australia’s red centre and top end are well positioned to deliver this sense of undiscovered exploration and money-can’t-buy activities – while still accessible from major capital cities, plus providing an experience of Australia that most would not imagine possible. The people, places and activities are perfect for groups and really offer a unique view of Australia’s heartland.”
Michael Fleck adds “the types of activities we find to be the most impactful are those that can only be experienced as part of a group – layered activities such as a helicopter excursion over gorges to experience croc feeding and barramundi fishing, landing in a secluded canyon or waterway for a nature-to-plate dining experience where guests are involved in catching and cooking fresh produce.
“Together uncovering the beauty of sparse dessert or waterfalls and wilderness on foot. Meeting indigenous people to learn stories, cultural practices and taste traditional foods. Some of our favourite destinations in the Northern Territory are Lake Eyre, Coober Pedy, Kings Canyon, Alice Springs, Uluru, Katherine and Darwin.”
With its head-office in Sydney, Australia, Synergy Effect has been crafting captivating meetings, incentives, conferences and events – designed to awake, ignite, connect and reward – for over 30 years.
