Sydney’s Northern Beaches Council opens EOI for Pittwater Golf Centre

Sydney’s Northern Beaches Council is inviting expressions of interest for the lease, development and operation of Pittwater Golf Centre, Warriewood, NSW.

The centre boasts a high-exposure main road frontage and offers a variety of golf, hospitality, leisure, and entertainment services for the public.

The site includes a golf driving range, mini golf course, and a venue for sporting, leisure, and entertainment activities, as well as a golf retail shop, golf academy, café/restaurant, and other related services.

Council is looking to lease the site to a qualified operator with the vision and expertise to transform it and elevate the offerings into a high-quality golf and entertainment destination with broad public appeal.

The process will begin with an EOI, followed by a tender process.
