Swing Factory Terrey Hills introduces new golf experience to Sydney
An eagerly anticipated golf entertainment project with open in Sydney’s north tomorrow with Swing Factory Terrey Hills opening its doors.
Bringing Sydney a new modern golf experience, Swing Factory Terrey Hills is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art precinct combining industry-leading golf technologies, entertainment and hospitality to deliver unforgettable experiences for people of all ages.
Looking forward to the opening, Swing Factory co-founder, Erich Weber stated “off-course golf is growing at more than 20% per annum, both here in Australia and the US, and we want to raise the level.
“Terrey Hills is Swing Factory’s second venue, with plans for more in the pipeline. Our mission is simple: make golf more fun for players old and new.”
At Swing Factory Terrey Hills golfers of all levels will be able to enjoy the full swing experience with their driver and irons, aided by the addictive and revolutionary Toptracer Range technology which will enable players to access courses from around the world, trace their shots, track progress and compete with friends.
What distinguishes Swing Factory from the traditional driving range is each bay is booked in timeslots, up to seven days out, so there is no waiting for a bay or queuing for balls. You can hit unlimited balls in your reserved timeslot and enjoy a tasty selection of food and beverages with your friends.
Weber adds “we have invested in technology to enhance the bay experience: Toptracer ball tracking, auto-ball dispensing technology, so there are no buckets, and every bay has space for multiple players.
“On the top level we have 14 lounge bays with couches, for up to four players. Food and drinks can be ordered by QR code and delivered to any of the 58 bays.”
Overlooking the beautiful Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Swing Factory Terrey Hills’ Club House offers cool drinks and a wide-ranging food menu with a nod to the previous venue’s popular Chinese restaurant, offering signature dishes like ‘Kenny’s special fried rice’, dim sims and bao buns. Downstairs, Swing Factory Terrey Hills boasts an alfresco entertainment area, event rooms and a chance to tune your putting on the world-class, 27-hole mini golf course.
