Stadia & Arena Asia Pacific 2014 to address rise of Asian venues
With the Asia Pacific region on the verge of being the most active region in the world for new sports venue development, Stadia & Arena Asia Pacific 2014 will bring together industry leaders in all aspects of sports venue design, construction, management, operations and technology from around the world.
With over 60 new build and refurbishment sports projects currently planned in Asia, the event, to be held in Singapore from 24th to 26th September 2014, will be the first time that the Stadia & Arena congress will have been held in Asia.
To be hosted at the new Singapore Sports Hub, delegates at Stadia & Arena Asia Pacific 2014 will have the opportunity to listen to over 40 of the most well-known and well-respected names in the industry, from the world’s leading venue operators, consultants, architects, end-users and solution suppliers at the leading-edge of technology innovation.

Delavaud is the current Chief Executive of the Singapore Sports Hub – and was also the Chief Executive of the Stade de France – so has developed a unique knowledge-base and detailed skill-set of how to drive business as a stadium operator.
Yoshihiro Kizawa, Vice President & Executive Director, Japan Sport Council.
Kizawa entered the Personnel Division of the Minister’s Secretariat at the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 1982. He was Director of the Arts and Culture Division at the Agency for Cultural Affairs, then Director of the Policy Planning Division at the Sports and Youth Bureau before becoming Deputy Director-General at the Research and Development Bureau of the MEXT.
