Stadia and Events experts welcome new talent

Stadia and events consultancy firm, the Turnkey Management Group (TMG), has bolstered its senior ranks with the announcement that event industry identity, Dion Brant, will join the organisation as a partner from 1st March 2011.

In just its third year of operation, Turnkey has established itself as the country's foremost consultancy firm for specialist commercial advice and project management services to major event and venue organisations. The recruitment of Brant - with his eight years in Ticketek senior management - broadens the company's scope further.

As Director, Rob McQuade (pictured) explains "Dion's intricate knowledge of commercial operations within the venue and major events industry offers precisely the level of expertise we need in order to meet growing demand for our services.

"We provide clients with specialist advice which enables them to maximise their event and venue related returns. Dion is well known in the industry for his acumen in this regard - he will be a real asset to TMG and our clients and we are delighted he has joined us as a partner in this exciting growth period."

Brant is keen to further his long term impact on the event industry with TMG as his platform, adding "I've joined TMG as a partner, and that signifies a fully-fledged commitment from me to the business, its future client offerings and the advancement of the stadia and events industry as a whole."

Brant arrives at TMG from Coffey Commercial Advisory (CCA) where he was a senior consultant. With CCA he completed projects for key industry clients including the Australian Jockey Club's Royal Randwick redevelopment, the Gold Coast Suns, Eden Park Stadium in Auckland, Ticketek and the Central Coast Bears NRL expansion bid team.

McQuade said that a new strategic alliance between the companies would see Brant continue to consult to CCA and its clients generating greater diversity capability for both organisations.

The Turnkey Management Group has provided consultancy services for the Football Federation of Australia, Sydney Football Stadium, Sydney Cricket Ground, the AFL (Gold Coast Stadium), the Gold Coast Suns FC, Western Bulldogs, Canberra Stadium, Manuka Oval, ACT Brumbies, Canberra Raiders and BOC Gases.
