SICO Adds to dance floor range

SICO South Pacific has added a fourth choice to its range of portable dance floors, the Cam Lam dance floor.

Featuring a flooring grade laminate finish in a continuous planking design, The Cam-Lam provides a modern alternative to traditional parquet floors and aims to enhance a venues already modern decor. The SICO Cam-Lam dance floor is a maintenance free flooring grade laminate surface which requires no refinishing, saving venues time and money. The laminate finish also reduces chipping and fading associated with many other dance floors. Available in two colour choices, Northern Birch and Cherry Rose the Cam-Lam features a unique balsa wood core and a 1.22 metre square panel which weighs only 20 kilograms. It also offers more space per panel than the standard size dance floor panel.

A further upgrade of the function facilities at Sydney's Rose Hill Turf Club has resulted in substantial installation of Northern Birch Cam Lam Dance Floor. The installation followed the recent development of a conference centre on the site and a need to replace 15 year old SICO original panels.

The venues reasons for upgrading to Cam Lam were the ease of set up for staff and the modern aesthetic look of the continuous floor board affect. Another major benefit to the facility was the need for less storage capacity with having larger panels.

With SICO's unique cam-locking system Cam-Lam panels automatically align and trim come together for a faster and more secure fit panels only require a half-turn with an allen key to either be locked or unlocked, saving valuable time and staff resources. The panels come with a three-year warranty and accessories include a caddy which holds up to 24 panels and choices in gold, black or silver matching edge trim.
