Shoalhaven City Council delivers updated online access to aquatic and fitness facilities
Shoalhaven City Council has announced that members and visitors of all Shoalhaven Swim, Sport and Fitness facilities can now enjoy an improved online user experience, with their new state of the art website.
The website redesign offers a number of new and improved features including the ability to purchase a range of Memberships and Visit Passes, pre-register for swim classes, view lane availability, group fitness timetables and more.
Explaining how crucial this upgrade is to ensure Council continue to deliver digital services in line with the changing needs of their community, while ensuring their customer service standards extend to the online platforms, Shoalhaven City Mayor Amanda Findley advised “the new Shoalhaven Swim, Sport and Fitness website will provide our users a streamlined approach, where they can renew their membership at any hour of the day.
“Over 50% of traffic received through the Swim, Sport and Fitness previous site came from mobile devices. The new integrated features will allow users to request a court booking, check lane availability and sign up for child’s swimming classes at the last minute, all while being on the go.”
Many of the new features were made possible through the integration of the unit-wide Point of Sale software from Links Modular Solutions which aims to streamline internal processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to access the new website at shoalhavenssf.com.au
