SeatAdvisor expands with Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre installation
Looking after over 1,000 venues and organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, SeatAdvisor (SABO) has welcomed Wagga Wagga City Council as its latest client.
Based in the Civic Precinct on the banks of the Wollundry Lagoon, the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre is a main focus of cultural activities within the community.
Attracting a great variety of national and international touring shows, as well as many local events, the Civic Theatre boasts a 488 seat auditorium, lighting and sound systems, spacious foyers, along with a fully appointed bar and balcony overlooking the beautiful Wollundry Lagoon.
Looking for a modern, easy to use system that was mobile compatible and would provide them more detailed reporting which led the management of the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre to choose SeatAdvisor.
As Venue Manager Carissa Campbell explains “SABO staff are easy to talk with, quick to respond and they treat us like an individual business rather than a cookie cutter theatre.
“It is the early days but we are finding that shows are easy to build and SeatAdvisor are a pleasure to work with."
SeatAdvisor (SABO) launched in Australia nearly eight years ago and since then has continued to grow at an impressive rate.
SABO’s online ticketing solution is acclaimed in the industry, often releasing innovative features before well-known competitors including custom Print at Home tickets, Facebook integration and interactive SeatMaps.
Commenting on working with Wagga Wagga City Council, SeatAdvisor Operations Manager Andrew Aoun explains “SeatAdvisor is really delighted to partner with Wagga Wagga City Council and their venues including the Civic Theatre.
“We’ve been working closely to ensure we can offer a ticketing system that brings them in line with today’s current needs and gives them an edge in the market.”
SeatAdvisor has also recently welcomed Luis Saenz to the team as Vice President of Engineering & Product.
Saenz brings with him an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience in his years in product development and is implementing modern and dynamic techniques which will see enhancements delivered rapidly and more frequently.
