Scully Outdoor Designs, which specialises in the manufacture, supply and installation of aquatic, open space and recreation infrastructure, has recently acquired the Sydney Shade Covers business to expand its shade sail and structure capabilities.
Sydney Shade Covers pioneered the innovative Triax System – an innovative coupling system that allows two pipes to be joined at any angle – aiding the construction of lightweight frames for fabric structures.
Supplying clients including local councils, national parks and other government organisations; schools, child care centres, TAFE colleges and universities; aged care homes and retirement villages; cemeteries, shopping centres and many other organisations, Scully Outdoor Designs has been in business for over 20 years,
With a series of newly launched marketing initiatives, Scully’s is now able to supply equipment to clients across Australia.
The company’s skilled and experienced team are proficient in all areas of manufacture, supply and installation of aquatic, open space and recreation infrastructure, developing its own range of quality, innovative, engineered products that includes street and park furniture, shade structures and shelters, bridges, boardwalks, viewing platforms, restrooms and many other associated products.
For commercial aquatic facilities, Scully Outdoor Designs also offers a learn-to-swim platform and stainless steel lifeguard tower.
The learn-to-swim platform has a welded aluminium sturdy construction and a clear Lexan polycarbonate platform deck for safety.
It has non-slip rubber foot caps and is lightweight, making it easy to move.
The lifeguard tower has a heavy-duty welded construction, including recycled plastic decking slats and marine-grade stainless steel hardware and accessories. The decking slats are impervious to water and do not require maintenance. The tower is height adjustable and is supplied with lockable wheels.
