Radical Fitness Australia names newest member of its Master Trainer team

Radical Fitness Australia has announced Trish Veugelaers as the newest member of its Master Trainer team.

As a WFF Miss Universe athlete and coach, Veugelaers specialises in providing safe and highly effective body transformations for men and women.

She completed her first Radical Fitness certification in 2010 and ever since has been teaching group fitness in various forms for the last 10 years. Veugelaers has also competed in 12 body-building competitions across three federations and placed in the top three in every single competition.

A highlight was definitely winning her first world title at the 2017 WFF Universe Championships in Brazil.

With partner Dave Oulton, Veugelaers (pictured) owns and operates the Ab Factory studio in the Melbourne suburb of Bayswater North.

Together they have spent the last eight years teaching people all over the world how to improve their body composition by repairing their metabolism and improving their immune function, all by creating the right habits around training and nutrition.

A large part of her educational programs focuses on how to create healthy, strong bodies that are not over-trained or nutrient-deficient from copious amounts of exercise or yo-yo diets. Her favourite type of cardio is ‘short and sharp (HIIT)’, which she feels is effective not least because research that has verified the effects of post-exercise energy consumption.

This is also the basis for Veugelaers’ commitment to Radical Fitness programs, due to their highly structured and research-proven exercise formats. This particularly includes UBound, with its unique set-up with work being completed on a soft surface which removes all impact from the joints and placing all stress on the muscles.

She explains “UBound is the perfect cardio for those who simply want to increase their fitness, as well as those that wish to improve their health and body composition.”
