PILA signs deals to supply goal posts to football in Queensland and AFL in NSW and ACT
Leading goal post supplier the PILA group has signed new deals as the exclusive supply partner of goal posts to Football Queensland and extended its exclusive supply partner relationship with AFL NSW/ACT.
Based on a common interest in fostering the growth of AFL in NSW and the ACT from the grass roots level, the Australian manufacturer has been the exclusive supply partner of goal posts to AFL NSW/ACT over the past five years.
Now PILA has announced “we are extremely proud to announce that this partnership will continue for at least another three years, with the recent re-signing of a new agreement aimed at benefitting both AFL clubs and schools in NSW and the ACT, from Auskick right through to professional level sport.”
PILA has countless AFL goal posts standing at fields right across NSW and the ACT, many supplied through this partnership.
AFL NSW/ACT’s State Operating and Major Projects Manager Joseph La Posta, Infrastructure Planning Manager David Lawson and Facilities Manager Matthew Graham, all played crucial roles in facilitating the new agreement between AFL NSW / ACT and PILA group, ensuring the agreement included a raft of benefits to clubs and schools like exclusive goal post pricing, product bonuses and negotiated delivery rates to all locations.
This agreement will continue to place new AFL goal posts right across the region, helping to reinforce the growth of the code in NSW and the ACT.
The new partnership with Football Queensland is based on a common interest in fostering the growth of football throughout Queensland, with the aim of benefitting clubs from grassroots level through to elite competitions.
Football Queensland Chief Executive Geoff Foster is excited by the potential of the partnership, stating “this agreement includes raft of benefits to clubs and schools like exclusive goal post pricing, product bonuses and negotiated delivery rates to all locations.
“It will continue to place new football goal posts right across the state, helping to reinforce the growth of our sport in Queensland.”
With negotiated Football Queensland and AFL NSW/ACT pricing and a range of other benefits, PILA welcomes clubs and schools to enquire directly if they are looking for new football goal posts for their fields.
