Phillip Island Nature Parks welcomes new ambassador for penguins
Chattabox, a much-loved character from Disney’s Club Penguin, is now an ambassador for the Penguin Foundation at Victoria's Phillip Island.
Chattabox is the official ambassador for Club Penguin Australia and New Zealand and loves all things penguin related. She hosts parties online every Thursday at 4pm (AEST) on clubpenguin.com for children around the world.
She explains "as a penguin enthusiast I care a lot about the protection of my little penguin pals at Phillip Island so I am super excited to be a part of this amazing foundation.
"Waddle on Flippered Friends!”
As an ambassador of the Penguin Foundation, Chattabox will help protect Phillip Island’s colony of 32,000 little penguins, including those found at the world-famous Penguin Parade.
The Penguin Foundation supports little penguin conservation and research programs, as well as the rescue and care of sick and injured little penguins, through its ‘adopt-a-penguin’ program. Find out more at www.penguinfoundation.org.au.
