PerfectGym relocates to cater for ongoing growth
Going through a period of significant growth with new installations and clients, leading industry software provider PerfectGym has relocated its Australian headquarters to larger office premises in Melbourne.
Moving from their original location in Melbourne’s Essendon Fields, opened by Perfect Gym Solutions Country Manager Matt Inglis in 2018, the company has now moved its expanded staff team to a new location at Cargo Park in Westmeadows.
PerfectGym’s ongoing growth in Australia and New Zealand has been driven by it acquiring key clients in aquatics, fitness, recreation and sport - becoming known as the go-to replacement for legacy systems.
In the past year, Perfect Gym has powered Perth-based Revo Fitness’ national expansion with leading edge member-oriented technology delivering a state-of-the art customer experience, and will support them in 2023 with the already planned roll out of an additional 10 clubs.
Other new clients using PerfectGym include the City of Melbourne’s iconic Melbourne City Baths, Tennis Australia, New Zealand’s Community Leisure Management (CLM), City of Monash, City of Maroondah and the newly established South East Leisure.
Its work with Active Monash Leisure Centres saw the complete data migration of aquatic, fitness, facility and finance data; the introduction of new self-service kiosks; a branded mobile responsive client portal and an Active Monash branded app for iOS and android.
The work with Maroondah City Council, has seen a dramatic shift in adopting a ‘mobile first’, member self experience with the release of the branded Member Portal, allowing members, guests and families to book and pay for classes, swimming, holiday programs, and complete all facets of membership managements, including payments, suspensions, upgrades and downgrades.
Before Christmas, PerfectGym also completed a project enabling the digital transformation of YMCA Victoria’s operations, with the Peter Krenz Leisure Centre in Bendigo the first site to transition to PerfectGym - going live with an online customer portal and kiosk for members and guests.
In association with YMCA Victoria, the team at the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Adelaide also spoke of their digital transformation journey.
Already in 2023, PerfectGym will be working with the City of Christchurch and the soon-to-open TotalFusion gym in the Brisbane suburb of Morningside, and has supported WynActive with the transition to online swim school enrolments, handling over 400 enrolments in the first 24 hours.
PerfectGym will also be working with the City of Parramatta, with the implementation of mobile, access, kiosk, online presales, and entire venue management with PerfectGym for the upcoming $88 million Parramatta Aquatic Centre.
2023 will see PerfectGym support the transition of over 50 leisure and aquatic centres, to PerfectGym, in addition to a bleeding edge, industry leading roadmap and a suite of integrations to support our current and future clients on their Digital Transformation journeys.
PerfectGym’s new location is:
