PAC Australia announces 2018 Drover Award finalists
Performing Arts Connections (PAC) Australia, the former Australian Performing Arts Centres Association (APACA), has announced finalists in its 2018 Drover Awards.
Recognising excellence in the field of regional performing arts touring and acknowledging the companies committed both operationally and artistically to delivering performances to the millions of Australian audiences from Broome to Bendigo, the Award winers will be announced on Thursday 6th September at PAC Australia's Making Space conference dinner, in the historic Pilbara town of Cossack.
The finalists are:

Geelong Performing Arts Centre
Queens Park Theatre, Geraldton
Orange Civic Theatre
Tour of the Year
Model Citizens - Producer: Circus Oz
Oddysea - Producer: Sensorium Theatre, Tour Producer: Performing Lines WA
Coranderrk - Producer: ILBIJERRI Theatre Company, Tour Producer: Regional Arts Victoria
Dracula - Producer: shake & stir theatre co, Tour Producer: arTour
Mr Stink - Producer: CDP Theatre Producers
Touring Legend
PAC Australia's Touring Legend Award recognises an outstanding contribution to performing arts touring in Australia and is determined by the PAC Australia Board of Management.
Registrations to attend the 32nd PAC Australia Performing Arts Conference and Drover Awards are available until 24th August.
