Operator sought for new hospitality outlet within Perth's John Forrest National Park

Registrations of interest are being sought from individuals and organisations interested in operating a new café within John Forrest National Park - a national park in the Darling Scarp, 24 km east of Perth, Western Australia.

Forming part of a new park centre, which will be the central point of the visitor hub once the John Forrest National Park improvement project is complete, the café will have an internal dining area of 180 square metres and an alfresco dining area of 150 square metres.

The café's operator will also be given the opportunity to provide dine-in, takeaway and function catering, as well as obtain a liquor licence.

In addition to the new café, the park centre will be home to an interpretation centre and function space that will showcase and interpret the cultural values and heritage sites within the park.

Interested operators have until 16th August to register their interest.

The John Forrest National Park Improvement Project is expected to be completed in 2026.
