Operation and Management of the Marlin Coast Recreation Centre, Cairns

Cairns Regional Council invites submissions from suitably qualified managers to provide high quality customer service, operation, management and maintenance of the Marlin Coast Recreation Centre. The successful tenderer will enter into a Management Agreement with Council for the operation of the premises.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five (5) days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Tenderers must attend a mandatory site inspection on Thursday, 5 October 2017 at 10:00am.
